Battlefield 1 Cusomize soldier not working

So I came back to Battlefield 1 to find I am compleately unable to use the customize soldier system. My support rank is only at 3 but the customize menu says im still at level 0. I have wepons unloc...

Yes, it´s a known issue for a couple of days and there have been several discussions about it.😉
EA is working on it, meanwhile we´ll have to customize our soldier on a server.
They´ll solve it 🤞

Had a similar problem - but when I use the "spend war bonds" from the main screen I have all my war bonds I have earned and a larger variety of weapons - as I should have.

Seems like the customize soldier is the problem [ even tried the repair ] --- glad to hear it's not something I messed up !!!!
