@EA_David I am having the same issue. I purchased the Heroes Bundle earlier this week through the BF1 store. My credit card was charged immediately, but the content has still not shown up for use (going on 48 hours since the purchase was made). I went through EA Help to no avail. Their only advice was to wait 24 hours--did; and contact the community manager--doing now. Please advise.
