Battlefield 1 Input Lag

I have a problem where I get around 70 - 80 frames per second, but I get awful mouse input lag, to the point of it being unplayable. I have tried turning off Origin In Game, and putting all of that text and commands into the files, and I have all the latest drivers for everything including my mouse, but nothing has done anything at all. And I just don't know where to go on from here.
