True, DX12 does cause stutters but it's an easy way to see if the frame rate goes higher. If the frame-rate is higher in DX12 then that means you're DX11 settings are messed up.
@OskooI_007 framerate is the same, gpu usage is 60-70 and it stutters. so nothing big changed

Very strange. It's almost like RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit is set to 1 for DX11 in either the Nvidia Control Panel or in the Battlefield user.cfg, but switching to DX12 should have ruled out that possibility.
@OskooI_007 renderdevice.renderahead limit was set to 0 or 4 (no difference) and in nvidia control panel prerendered frames set to use application settings
