Battlefield 1: Matchmaking failed
Hey guys. Was wondering if anyone else had this problem or could help me out! Bought Battlefield 1 on Saturday the 27th but haven't been able to play multiplayer at all. Single player works fine but any time I try multiplayer it says "Matchmaking failed, an unexpected error has occurred, please try again later". I've received no help from EA on this and was wondering if anyone else had experienced this? I've tried hard resets, changing my connection between wired and wireless, uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing seems to work. Wanna play the game so dang bad but it won't let me!
I've had the same problem the last 4 days. Finally after seeing all my friends able to play I figured it was my account or something. I made another gamertag and was able to get on multiplayer on the new account. I switched back over to my original gamertag and I still got "Matchmaking Failed". So it is my account for some reason. I really want to play on my original gamertag that I've had for 8 years now. I was lvl 29 on bf1 and don't really want to start over but I guess I can play on the other account until this gets resolved. Hope making another account works for you guys.
