Battlefield 1 No Sound

Got Battlefield 1 yesterday and have no sound in game. I have updated all of my drivers and sound works in other games. When I have my volume mixer opener I see no input coming from Battlefield 1. Do...

I completely deleted then re installed my realtek sound from Dell's website. (Dell is the manufacturer of my specific model of computer) and it works fine. What's weird tho is my driver was on the latest update, I re installed the driver I had previously downloaded. Everything works good now tho.
