Hello @EthanTJK1,
This is a common issue that can be fixed by restarting your internet connection and verifying your game files inside of the EA app. Support when its not able to solve the issue recommends players to post the issue here.

Hi Danisoff, thanks for the reply.
I’ve just tried both of these and the issue hasn’t been resolved. I tried verifying the game files in steam as that’s where I purchased the game. I looked in the EA app and there wasn’t any “verify” games files only on steam.
Is there any other alternatives that I can try to be able to play online? Or is the last resort is having to re install the game?
Thank you for taking the time to respond

You should try launching the game directly from the EA app, after that you can try reinstalling your game (if the issue is not resolved).

Does this happen in any other Battlefield game? When you play other online games do you experience connectivity issues?

I’ve just downloaded BFV and it’s went online straight away, no problems at all.
