battlefield 1 not giving me my battlepack and deleting scraps

so i just got done finishing a game and i won a battlepack at the end of the round, only problem is it says i have none. When i refresh it still says none, except for the third time i refresh at whic...

21:40 Europe central time, I scrapped 450 bonds and I purchades an Enanched Battlepack.

Opened it, and it said ERROR. Still got nothing. ☹️

What am I supposed to do now?
