Ive also had this issue on PS4 + PS5.
Contacting EA Help was absolutely useless, as they said "this is really concerning, we'll look into it" haven't heard anything since.
I've never switched any linked accounts over, so 300+ hours of Multiplayer stats, unlock, etc all gone. Would love to know a fix for it.

Hi yangqing96,
You still seem to have the progress under the account you're using here on Battlefield Tracker (E.G. an 83h Playtime is shown). Are you certain that you're logging into the right account in the EA App?
