If nothing has worked, then try talking with EA support, they might have some additional advice.
I did talk to them. I waited for like an hour and a half for them to do one little thing and then tell me to post on the forums. I told them about everything that I did and they said that they did something to my account to try again and it still didn’t work and he just told me to post in here. It was just awful.
