Battlefield 1 Refund.

I bought Battlefield 1 thinking that my computer was going to be able to run the game but my computer cant play the game at all. It's way too laggy and i put in a refund request but i still haven't heard back and i really dont want my money to go to waste. I would appreciate a fast response back. I also requested within 1 hour of launching the game. It was my mistake not checking the minimum specifications requirement but i really dont want my money to go to waste on a game i cant even play. I got it 11/24/16-11/25/14.

  • I'm having the same issue man. I sent a refund request but heard nothing back. Hopefully this gets sorted out for both you and I.

No that won't work. I prefer to have my money completely back so i can try to buy another game or something and since i bought it off the actually origin website it was a download.. I'm not interested in putting it for sale. Thanks for the reply  though.

Twx_77 you can't do that, the transfer/sale of origin accounts is prohibited.
