Battlefield 1 sound crackling with razer 7.1 surround sound

my BF1 recently have been having sounds crackling problem of which the audio just went something like a radio when i got my new Razer kraken headset with the 7.1 surround sound software and turning it off sort out the problem but i would say it's maybe more because of battlefield 1 itself as non of my games, including battlefield 4 have that problem plus it left a few noise crackling aftermath after i turn the software off. May i ask if there's anyway i can use both battlefield 1 and Razer 7.1 surround sound at the same time?
