Same problem.
A video of what happens to me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6j_iC76364
My build is a Pentium g4560 (7th gen) + gtx 1050 ti. I have 2000 hours of gameplay with this build, since I got it. It's 2000, not 200. I have never, ever, had any problem playing the game on my settings (1080p + low). This started happening a few days ago. It has to be that one anti-cheat that nobody asked and which made no difference for cheaters, since they're all back on official servers.
10 minutes of me play before the update, with no issues whatsoever: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zqZe4VpQQU
Several people on reddit are having the same problems:

I have the exact same problem since a few days ago. Right after the anti-cheat update performance was fine but now it's unplayable.
Been playing this game since 2016, but at no point I experienced issues like that.
Build is an i5 6600k @ 4,6 GHz, 16 Gb RAM and a GTX 1070 SC. Old but did the job for 1080p.

Same here . It's literally the anticheat being broken . It's EA so them breaking a perfectly fine game seems on par . Unplayable and we won't get a fix ever . So refund time it is i think .
- 2 months ago@the_l41mer Yup! After update it's ruined ! Have 4090 rtx , 64gb ram and 4tb. This is BS EA! Its 100 % anti cheat. Please fix!! Tried everything ! Repair , uninstall , settings . Super upset @EA
