Battlefield 1 stuttering on xbox one x

Hello battlefield 1 and Battlefield V are having these constant game stutters when in game or trying to spawn in. It also stutters when changing classes. When I first open either game and hit sign in the audio will cut out for like 20 seconds and then finally come back and load me in to the menu. I am currently playing on the Xbox one x. My ping is perfectly fine and I've contacted EA 3 times and nothing has fixed this issue can someone please help me with this problem.
