Battlefield 1 UI Menu's Picture gone

Been getting this issue recently, after I managed to buy it from Steam. Before I bought the game I was using Game Pass that includes EA Play on it and It's linked directly to EA App not steam, and I have linked my EA account to Steam so I still have same progress as I played with Game Pass before.

Few days ago I bought it on steam alongside with Battlefield 4 Premium Edition, and I downloaded the game then the download was successful then I opened the Battlefield 1. When It was starting It showed the Copyright mark on the right bottom side it said (C) 2024 Electronic Arts, Inc. I was like "good, that's correct", the game was successfully loaded and I saw the update requirement to the game so I clicked "Update", after updating the game was restarting itself and came back with the Startup screen but the strange part is the copyright mark changed to (C) 2016 Electronic Arts, Inc (I don't have problem with this just for you to know) the year when the game was firstly released after the game started I saw the "Home" tab clicked by default and I saw the game button (I don't know what that's called I'll attach a picture for this) appeared but there's no picture on it like the only thing showed up was the text and the button border same thing as the "Soldier" tab there's no icon of the weapon that was shown there only the Letters and texts.

When I was loading into the game, the image of the map that I was about to play is gone there's only black. After all there's no issue during gameplay match, however this is pretty annoying like the game that I bought was the Lite game I bought same price as others but I got worse than them, by the way the Battlefield 4 UI looks fine and there's no Issue.

I have tried anything that the other players gave and still doesn't work at all. It stays the same until now.

I wonder you guys to help me.

Sorry if that was long I wanted to spill everything for you guys to make it clear 🙂

Regard

  • Nevermind, the issue has been solved by clicking Battlefield 1 file on documents on file explorer and delete "twinkle" folder that makes you to re-do the things that you have got the game for the first time *this doesn't affect the progression* and restart your pc and relog to the game again and It will ask you to update to go online just click it and it'll relog the game and It solved
