Battlefield 1 won't do 4k @ 60hz?

Every time I try to set my video option to 3840 x 2160 @ 59.9hz the screen goes black (as it should) only for the game to force it to go to 3840 x 2160 30hz every time. I'm using a 4K TV and have set it to 60hz through Nvidia and it works at 4k 60Hz on my other games (so far) but not BF1. Why?

4K at 60Hz requires 12.54Gbits/s of bandwidth via your HDMI connection, do you have a HDMI 2.0 or higher HDMI cable?

Also check that the HDMI port on your display is set to "Game Mode" and that you are using the highest bandwidth HDMI port (the capability of the HDMI ports on your display may not all be the same).

DVI has a maximum bitrate of 7.92Gbit/s so you will not be able to play 4K @ 60Hz.

Actually it says at your Amazon link: Supports resolutions up to 1920x1200 or 1080P for high resolution LCD and LED monitors

Your GPU does not have an HDMI port?
