Battlefield 1,4 and 5 not working.

Hello! I have Battlefield 1, 4 and 5, but I can't open any of them. Battlefield 1 and 4 give me a 'failed to start' error. Battlefield 5 won't open at all. However, Battlefield 2042 and other EA games work fine.
I'll list all the methods I've tried so far.

I deleted all the games and reinstalled them.
I uninstalled and reinstalled EA Play.
I uninstalled the EA app using Revo Uninstaller.
I deleted the drivers using DDU and reinstalled them.
I updated all my drivers.
I reinstalled and repaired EA Anti-Cheat.
I have installed all Windows updates.
All versions of Runtime and .Net are installed.
My BIOS version is up to date.
My date and time settings are correct.

However, the most interesting thing is that when I create a guest user on Windows, all the games open. I don't want to reformat the computer because of this ridiculous error.

    Hey there IMeteI

Definitely an odd one if it's allowing you to open the games on other profiles.

Would you be able to grab a screenshot of the "failed start" error you're receiving as well as uploading a DxDiag so we can see if theres anything in there that can point us in the right direction

  • Try moving the Battlefield 1 folder out of Documents. This will reset the game settings to default.
