Battlefield 2 Complete Collection game crashes constantly

I installed battlefield through the amazon pc download for $19.99 so it started downloading then when it was completely installed i tested it then it just gives me a black screen then returns to the home screen i searched google for all the answers but nothing worked out! PLEASE HELP
