Battlefield 2 dog tag / veteran status

I wanna have the bf2 veteran status, but the website doesn't accept my account and that's why I don't get it for some reason.
Well, maybe it's important, that I started playing after the BFHQ stopped getting support by EA and for that reason wasn't running anymore.
Would be nice if someone might help me 🙂
