[Battlefield 2] Problem with Battlefield 2 redeem code .

I bought a Battlefield 2 : Complete collection but , when i put on redeem code the message appeared : The serial code you entered is not valid.

I saw a topic who said that Battlefield 2 needs one Game Advisors to recorder for me .
