[Battlefield 2142] Can't log in to Battlefield 2142

I just purchased Battlefield 2142 Deluxe through Origin's 50% off deal. When I try to login, it asks for my EA Account name. I entered my EA Account name and password and the response is "no accoun...

this is the original link to the help center but it looks like they may have changed the format or it could just be temporarily down

Found It!!!! Go to the bottom of the link where it says Call Me in xx minutes.
