Battlefield 3 - ps3

I have battlefield 3 non premium edition for PS3.  I am trying to purchase premium.  However when I go on to the ps3 to purchase it - it says 'no content available please try again later....  Is this a problem with psn or am I doing something wrong?  Fyi I have been trying to purchase from the in game store.
