Battlefield 3- Could not activate using the ORigin account you provided

I bought BF3 in October 2012 I bought it on a disk legitimately from a trusted seller. I installed the game from the disk everything was fine I think I entered the activation code not sure if you had to when installing from a disk but nevertheless everything worked fine I launched the game and joined servers with ease I played about 12 hours of game time up until December 2012. After that I did not attempt to launch BF3 for another 3-4 months it is now march 2013 in the time I did not play Bf3 all I can think of which may have affected the game it updating my gfx card and once AVg antivirus detected trojans in origins files I chose to remove them. When I tried to launch the game about a week ago wanting to test my new gfx card and get back into the game as I had been waiting for an upgrade for a while but when I clicked play it said battlefield 3 could not be activated using the origin account you provided ( I am using the same account I had been since I bought the game and I was signed in) I had the option to enter product code sign in as different user and it said you were signed in as then a blank space where the account name should be so I clicked sign in to existing account I typed in my email and password but it said to check my internet connections and the servers may be temporarily down my connection was fine and I have tried this multiple times every day for the past week. If I chose the enter product key it wanted me to make account which was no good and if I clicked the sign in to existing account I would find the same problem as before. Since then I have tried every sing fix I can find on the internet and some I have thought of myself none have worked for example I tries the fixes which can be found on this page https://help.ea.com/article/unable-to-activate-battlefield-3 I tried uninstalling bf3 and reisntalling form disk and interned telecast 3 times each uninstalling origin hat didn't work either I even tampered with the registry as some people suggest nothing changed I even tried creating a new account and getting a new code redeeming it again but I still get the message and are unable to launched the game even on a different account on a different activation code . Ea has also tried wiping my account of bf3 giving me anew code and reinstalling the game that did no t work either. I should also note that for the 2nd and 3rd fixes on this page https://help.ea.com/article/unable-to-activate-battlefield-3 on the 2nd one in the licenses folder I don't have those files and just one called 1002462.dlf and for the 3rd fix I have nothing in the downloads cache folder I don't have these files any of the times I have reinstalled.

If anyone has any fixes for this please reply as I am getting sick of trying to get this to work thankyou.
