Battlefield 3 Age Restriction

Hi EA,

I just promoted my Xbox account to an adult one about two months ago, however when I start up the multiplayer option it states that my account is not old enough. I am currently 18 and eligible to play all games so I don't see what the problem  is. Is there anything you can do to help as the forums don't provide any certain answers.

Regards,

Conor McQuillan

I would give customer service a call and explain what is happening. EA will restrict underage accounts from playing certain titles and XBOX has a very similar system. I would contact EA through help.ea.com, preferably contact them on the phone, to get it worked out there. You may have to contact XBOX afterward if you still get the restriction after talking with EA.
