Some games and services have their own dispute process. For BF3, it's Even Balance for PunkBuster. You would need to connect with them to appeal and consider overturning your ban.

Unfortunately I already tried to appeal for my ban and I got no reply, I will try it once again, but I would like to know if this doesn't work If I can buy battlefield 3 on a new account and battlefield 4 on my current account or If I will still be banned?if you get a NEW origin account, totally unconnected, you can get bf3 and not be affected.
However, if you got bf4 on the old account, depending on the ban, it might be banned already before you even got to play (global guid ban etc/cross game bans/3rd party plugins enforcing etc)The biggest issue is you admitted being a cheat in this thread, so many admins who saw this, wouldnt give you the time of day, or even a second chance.
