Battlefield 3 CO-OP PC

Hello,

Why EA doesn't fix co-op error?
Everytime I try to launch co-op with my friend we get that error "co-op game has been cancelled" we tried to get in like 2 hours but still nothing.
We already tried that UPnP stuff and disabled antivirus and so on.

    So still no anwser from EA? If I buy a game and there's a bug or error then EA have to help with it or should I sent complaint to EU consumer protection ?
