Try to chat with there Live support they will assist you ASAP ... you can chat with them by visiting the same link provided by me earlier 😉

This is what I am telling you. 

It says that there are no advisors at the moment. And it has been showing this for 2 days now

Click on live chat it will pop up a new window .. ignore that message i just tried and it was showing me 8 minutes waiting time .. 

Ignore that no advisors at the moment message and click on the Live chat .. 

If I could, I would.
But I just can't it's grayed out
