Battlefield 3 code already used

So i bought after math (bf3), wen't to Origin to activate the key. When i clicked next, to activate the game, it showed me that key is already used. Could you please help me  to work! please

    You have a corrupted file somewhere, but where, rexactly, cannot be determined without digging into your player account(s).  Contact a Game Adviser on Help Center.

    Your case requires your seller to make it good.  EA does not support the resale of previously registered games.
