Ticket is sent. I haven't bought that game, recieved it, so there is not problem at all, but question is what happened. Support said there is some error probably, thatswhy I was told to post it. Maybe more people had something like that. More data can help troubleshooting.
Nothing will change, if you issue was not resolved I strongly advise you to continue trying with EA support. That is all I can tell you.

- @danisoff They work on it. Yesterday evening submited ticked (now 8:21 AM here), there is no one day pased. Now it is time to let specialist analise data. They do their job, then reply. Take it easy 🙂
Update: they just close ticket, I reopen it and again, again. High quality support. By the way, that was that promo, where I got my BF3:
https://www.ea.com/pl-pl/games/battlefield/news/pobierz-battlefield-3-za-darmo-1Well, almost month passed, they deleted notification about deleted content and closing ticket daily as "solved", I reopen it (because it is not solved, BF3 is missing), chat doesn't work after reopening ticket. So we play that ping-pong. Clown icon missing here. Only good thing in that case is to learn for free. If something goes wrong, missing or doesn't work, EA Help will just close ticket like everything is ok.
