Battlefield 3 DLC

I just bought Battlefield 3 for PC, and I have had it on Xbox 360 for a while now, and I have premium on my Xbox account. Is there any way I can:
1.play on that account online(my Xbox one) on the PC?
2.can I regain premium on the PC since I own it on Xbox?
3.can I regain dlc on the PC since I own it on Xbox?
