Battlefield 3 is not working. *Can't run the game.

Sadly, both of your solution is not working. same result.. ☹️

Hey @BestTitan-7274,

if neither solution did solve the issue, would you be so kind to create a DxDiag report and attach it here? That may potentially provide some more information about the root cause.
