Battlefield 3 Issue: Ordinal 383 missing from iertutil.dll

Hello, I have recently purchased Battlefield 3 to play on my computer.  I have Windows 7 and have completed the entire install.  When I go to launch the game from the desktop icon, I recieve an erro...

Hello kennickert, it seems to be a web browser related problem, try to download another web browser(e.g. Firefox or Chrome)

I originally installed Origin in Chrome and just installed with FireFox as suggested.  Still getting same error.
