do we have a m4a1 greanade launcher in multiplayer.
No, the M4 is an Engineer carbine and only the assault class has access to the grenade launcher as a gadget.

Any of the assault rifles in the assault class that have the underslung attachment as an unlockable - some smaller assault rifles like the FAMAS do not have the underslung attachment and hence cannot undermount the grenade launcher but it can be used as a stand alone item when playing the assault class while using these weapons. Assaul rifles that do have the underslung attachment are weapons like the M16, AK74, AEK971, G3A3, AUG, SCAR-L and others. The Grenade launcher (M320 US or GP30 Russian) is only availalbe to use when playing the assault class.
