Battlefield 3: My progress has been reset?

Hello,

today I logged in to my account (ExaltedProphet) and started playing Battlefield 3 multiplayer. But before I even started a game I noticed my loadouts were completely empty.

That's when I saw my rank and every online progress I made was completely lost.

I joined a game to see if maybe the Battlelog was glitched or something, but even in-game my progress was completely reset. (I did get 200 exp for finishing the game wich explanes the 200 points)

I instantly logged out and rebooted my Origins and Steam twice but it didn't matter.

On my Battlelog you can see that I reached the rank of 20 about a week ago and played on dozens of servers, so I'm not making this storie up.

Altough I didn't progress very far in the multiplayer, it does upset me.

If anyone knows how to solve this problem or who to contact to sort this out, please respond, I'd realy like to play again.
