Battlefield 3 never stops installing!

This is the second time that I try to install Battlefield 3 on Windows 8.1 Update 1 and after the super slow download of the 20GB from Origin, the game never finishes the installation.

What should I do? I have waited for hours!

    Yes, I have restarted my computer and origin.

    Other games were causing the problem while installing, like Far Cry 3 that gets stuck on steam while installing DirectX.

    Tried restarting your PC and/or your Origin?
