The only option I see is the part I mentioned about the purchase, something like a VPN that maybe you didn't noticed was on at the time messed with your region while purchasing, because there's no other way to get that version (and there was no way to notice it once purchased, since it had EN language at the start), and unfortunately, there's no fix for that other than going to Customer Support, IF they can do something about it
Nah, no VPN, I purchased it in on October 24th 2011 thru the Origin store. I still have the email confirmation.
Never had a VPN, didn't need one. I didn't buy it thru one of those discount key resellers and I live in the US. I will bring it up with customer support again, but they weren't much help initially when first posted about this.
