Battlefield 3 Physical copy

I bought a copy of Battlefield 3 about 6 months ago and loaded it on my computer. I then deployed overseas and am still there. My computer was set to update automatically and as it was updating it had a critical error and crashed. I was unable to restore my system and had to use my recovery disk to go back to it's original configuration.

I am now trying to re-install Battlefield 3 and am told by Origin that I cannot install it because the product key has already been used. I had to set up a new Origin account as I could not remember my previous account information.

Please help!

  • So, your situation is really easy to fix (but will require you to remember info).

If you have your registration code and your soldier name, contact someone at EA Help (http://help.ea.com/contact-us) and they will help you try to find your account.

You can't redeem a code that has already been added to an account. The cool thing about Origin is that since you HAVE to use it to play BF3, all you need to do is get into the correct account to download the game and get to fraggin'.

    Good luck, soldier.
