You9ef1 Since you are running Windows 11, probably try disable SecureBoot and TPM 2.0.
MoerserKuss thank you for your suggestion, i tried disabling them and reinstall everything but it also didn't work. i'll consider windows 10 ltsc
You9ef1 Try go to the Windows Security and diasble item per item and see which one is blocking the driver.
