    If you do not own Battlefield 3 on Origin then I am afraid you will have to download the game again once purchased on Origin.

oops sorry i didnt mean premium, im getting premium edition

The premium 'Edition' gives you Battlefield 3 the game AND a premium account. If you already own The actualy game the do not get the premium edition, just get premium itself.
