Battlefield 3 premium code redeem question

Hello, il try to make this short since this is my first time using origin, i redeemed my Battlefield 3 account * i bought battlefield 3 premium edition so i have battlefield 3 cd key and battlefield 3 premium membership cd key * so my problem is, i redeemed my Battlefield 3 code, and everythings alright, i got battlefield 3 limited edition, so i just redeemed my PE cd key, pressed next, everrything was ok, but nothing appeared in my library, i entered it again, it said its in use, so was that supposed to happen or i did something wrong?
P.S im sorry if this is a stupid question but this is my first time using origin

    Not a stupid question at all. The game and it's data is saved as it should, check your local storage and make sure it is there aswell. Now it is just to start the game and battle!

    You need to download it from Orgin. But see it like this: You only need to install it once.. 🙂

    Not a stupid question at all. The game and it's data is saved as it should, check your local storage and make sure it is there aswell. Now it is just to start the game and battle!

  • Thank you, that was a veary quick answer and i thank you, one more question, when the autorun opens and i press install, nothing happens, so im downloading it through origin, but maybe theres a way to fix it? becouse origin says it will take 5 hours, and i can wait, but it wuld be nice if i culd avoid it 🙂

  • Thank you yet again, but yet again, i have a problem, after downloading 28% of the game, my origin went offline, and i culdnt go online, i tried to restart this i got this - an unkown error has occurred. please restart origin and try again, i tried restarting it, restarting computer, reinstalling it, but no sucess ☹️

    um... im new to PC and my mum bought me BF3 but when i put in the code nothinng happened, i read oother forums and stuff about this but they dont really help because i dont know where any of that stuff is. i also read what happened to the other guy but dontknow how to get to the 'local storage' . please help me.

    If you have problems with redeeming your cd key try contact one of the LIVE EA advisers:

    1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    2 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"

    3 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"

    4 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions" again.

    5 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.

    6 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country or time of day.

    thanks ill do it now but its not really a problem since i have put in my code for BF3 Premium but the problem is just downloading it, i tried putting in the code again but said i already used it. this might be a waste of a post but i was just letting you know, thanks for the quick response as well
