Battlefield 3 Premium Edition - xbox 360 - am I missing something?

I have owned the standard battlefield 3 game on xbox 360 for some time now. I decided I would like access to the extras available with premium. Looking around It was cheapest to buy the physical Battlefield 3 Premium Edition from on online retailer. The game arrived today, I understand to gain access to premium there is a 25 digit code within the case that I can then use. However there is no such code, or am I missing something?

Any help is appreciated.

If you bought the boxed Premium version, there must be a code paper in the box. If you bought the digital version, the online retailer should send you the code via e-mail. Where did you bought your Premium and have you already contacted your retailer?

    Thanks for your reply Basti.

I bought the boxed premium edition, the only items in the case were the 2 physical discs and a small white 2 page manual. There is no code on this manual and there is no separate paper with the code on. I bought it from base.com and have already contacted the seller.

The item came originally sealed so this issue must have occurred at original packaging on EA's side. The item took a week to arrive, at this moment in time I have the physical discs but no code, surely EA are able to provide a code rather than me wait another week for a replacement to arrive?

    Again, thanks for your help.

I also purchased this game at Base.com. this was fully shrink wrapped and the green certificate sticker was untouched on the side of the case. I thought maybe the game doesnt use codes and installe dit onto the hdd but it asks me to pay for the premium.

I emailed Base.com and got a replacement sent out believing this to be a one off issue but the replacement that was sent also didnt have the code leaflet. Im a little miffed byt this and now its going to cost me £6.40 in total just to send this second (First included) package back for a refund.

I also video recorded me opening the case (its jerky on a camera phone and i miss pressed the button and had to re-record) but i wanted to make sure that this isnt just a one off issue. now i see this gentleman has had the same problem, it looks like a lot of Base.com copies have no codes.

EA which is the best course of action, as i have the ps3 version with all but one of the DLC and would like to get it on the xbox 360 now
