Battlefield 3 premium edition
I activated my online pass with the enclosed 25 digit code, but when I went to play the game I don't understand how to get the head-start pack with the 15 extra guns or the expansion packs

With Premium edition, if you had received three codes (Online pass (Limited edition+ Premium+ weaspon shortcut bundle) then you will receive your guns but remember some will be available with game Progress, otherwise contact retailer if haven't received three codes.
