Follow the instructions below to contact Live Support.
Click this link https://help.ea.com/contact-us?product=battlefield-3 and select Account/Registration from Category then select Platform.
You should see a button at the bottom of the page called LIVE CHAT.
If you live within the US/Canada you will have an option to CALL.
