Hallo ich habe gestern abend Battlefied 3 Premium per sofort überweisung gekauft und ich kann bis jetzt das spiel noch nicht downloaden bzw habe ich die codes noch nicht bekommen warum denn nicht

Hi I have bought yesterday evening Battlefied 3 premium immediately on delivery and until now I can still download the game or not, I still do not get codes, why not
Is the game visible on the 'My Games' list in your Origin account?
Check that you are logged in to the same account on which you purchased the games. Players often end up creating more than one account (this has happened to me).
Please make sure you have "Show: All Games" and "All Platforms" selected in MY GAMES.
