Battlefield 3 PS3 East Coast Servers Rubberbanding or DDOS on all servers?

I have 2 servers rented "Conquest Haven" and "Aftermath : Haven" Just recently they have been performing really bad to the point where all the players will experience the extreme rubberbanding. Only way to stop the rubberbanding is to have all the players leave and restart server with new match settings but even then the problem keeps persisting. It feels like someone is DDOS attacking the server as I have gone on other East Coast Servers and they too do the same things except for the European servers, I prefer to not play on European servers because of the high ping players. I have restarted my router, console, opened ports, deleted data, reinstalled the game and I Play on a wired connection. I dont know what else to think of except maybe it has something to do with the snow storm in the US or a DDOS attack. Please help as I and other players cant even play a single game without this problem ruining the game experience.

    @EA_Atic Servers are now back to normal and have been doing to for about almost 2 weeks. Not sure if you or your team did anything but thank you.

    Yes the problem is still occurring and it tends to happen after a 35-45 min play session. The rubberbanding can last up to 35 minutes before it goes away but then the pattern reoccurs. I have confirmed that when it happens it affects all east us servers even dice owned servers. I have documented the times at which it happens as well video proof of it occurring. I have checked the xbox east US servers and they are not having these problems therefore this is a isolated case only on the PS3. I hope there is something you can do as everything was working good before last week.

    Timeline:  times are in GMT
    rubberbanding last about 45 minutes
    can play a game 37 minutes to 50 minutes
    10am game is running good
    1022-1025 running good
    10:30 Rubberbanding occurs
    11am running good
    11:53am Rubberbanding occurs
    12:32pm working again 1 minute
    12:35pm working on end game server and Conquest Haven
    1:12pm Rubberbanding occurs
    1:32pm working again 1 minute
    1:33pm Rubberbanding occurs

    @EA_Atic Also this happened again on 3/4/2022 started at 6pm GMT and continued all throughout the night. but every time when the rubberbanding begins there is always a disconnect icon that shows and pretty much every East Coast US server is affected including Dice owned servers. The servers were working better around 2pm up until 6pm with occasional disconnects were it kicks all players but there would be no rubberbanding just disconnects but as you see here the problem keeps coming back.

    10am Server played good
    12:39pm Server lost connection kicked all players
    12:42pm Server lost connection kicked all players
    12:46pm game begins but crashes within 45 seconds
    12:51pm successfully enter server
    12:54pm when the game starts there is a 45 second timeout and kicks all players.
    12:57pm game begins
    1:01pm played 3:34 seconds then Server lost connection kicked all players
    1:02pm join Seine TDM server
    1:27pm played 25 min then Server lost connection kicked all players
    1:31pm joining Conquest Haven
    1:36pm Server lost connection kicked all players
    1:39pm game restarts Noshahr Canals
    1:54pm Noshahr Canals successful game
    2:13pm 2nd game metro Server lost connection kicked all players
    2:14pm Restart Metro
    2:37pm successful finished game Metro
    2:38 Firestorm Starts
    3:07 Seine successful

    Played this morning here is a log of my games that were working and when the rubberbanding started again on the East Coast US server. It was really bad this past weekend all of the servers were having the same issues as well as the game disconnecting kicking all players as soon as a match would begin.

    @EA_Kent @EA_Atic Rubberbanding seems to be happening on a lot of servers now. The servers I can confirm are East US, European and West Us. It never really happens on Asia, Australia and West Us but today West was having these problems. Hope there is a fix a lot of people still play this game.

    @EA_Kent @EA_Atic So on Saturday and today West Coast US, East Coast US, European and Australia servers were all rubberbanding and worst part is one of the Dice servers you just cant connect at all. here is some pictures of what is going on and it is only happening on PS3 and to all players. The Australian servers started to rubberband today and I hope you guys can look into this. It seems like the servers are being attacked.

    From my perspective as a European based player, all servers have suddenly got very low bars, except US west coast, and almost every game/server seem to lag severely and crash now .
