Battlefield 3 PS3 East Coast Servers Rubberbanding or DDOS on all servers?

I have 2 servers rented "Conquest Haven" and "Aftermath : Haven" Just recently they have been performing really bad to the point where all the players will experience the extreme rubberbanding. Only ...

    @EA_Atic Servers are now back to normal and have been doing to for about almost 2 weeks. Not sure if you or your team did anything but thank you.
