@EA_Leeuw Dare I ask how this 'This is now under investigation' is now going, last posted 3 weeks ago?

@EA_Leeuw  we still facing the same issue & had this problem yesterday on my server & had to restart to make my server accessible again 

if you are working on it , it's not fixed yet, hope to hear from you soon
