Unfortunately nothing can be done, EA had a period in which your were able to transfer your stats. Most players chose not to do this unfortunately.
Before anyone asks, it's not possible to transfer stats anymore.

When was this period and where was it announced? Because everyone from the community is confused about this decision and not one person apart from you has brought this up. If it was known, people would be warning other players to download or transfer their stats before the shutdown. Like I also said, Battlefield Hardline is still playable on Xbox One and up, why can't I see my stats and check on assignment or update my emblem.
