Battlefield 3: Stats back to Level 0 for No reason
Hello dear Ea, on Battlefield 3 my stats have been randomly reset due to me playing on a server that didn't show my proper rank, which was colonel 100. When I went into Battlefield 3 and it said I needed an update, I said no because my Battlefield 3 was already updated to the End Game patch. I signed in and it said I needed another update and I said no again and it took me to the menu of Battlefield 3 which appeared to be different to the Premium menu. As I found a game, it showed my rank as Level 0 and I still had all my guns and unlocks. I then left the game and turned my xbox off. When I went into Battlefield 3 the next day, it said my rank was level 0 and all my stats were gone. My xbox live gamertag is v Unity. Please can you help me, your help will be much appreciated as Battlefield 3 means a lot to me. Sincerely James.

As you should no doubt be aware, as you did post it on your Battlefeed, your stats were reset intentionally and not in error. An email was sent to your registered email address detailing the situation in full.
