This issue now seems to be fully fixed as stats are showing up again. If you still have further issues with stats then please contact support for more help on this.
I downloaded the free version of Battlefield 3 and everything was working just fine until today when I logged into Battlelog and all of my previous experience and unlocks and achievements were gone. Why is that? I did not click the reset my stats button or anything of the sort..is this a glitch?

It seems a lot of people have this problem, some of my friends too.
I noticed only the Profiles between lvl 18 and 45 (Colonel) have this issue.
I hope it will get fixed soon.. and i want my progress back !
Well im colonel rank 53 and all mine got reset to 0 as well
I was 12, lost everything as well. I think it's all over the place.
I noticed yesterday when I was playing that I bumped two ranks but it didn't show on my battlelog account. All of the progress I had from 3 - 4 games didn't save. I didn't care much about two ranks but now everything got reset to 0. Would really like my stats back.
